Air Conditioning and Heating Service Warranties

• Our air conditioning and heating technicians in Raleigh are factory trained and certified to do all repairs for factory warranties on most major brands.
• If the part we repair fails, we will fix or replace that part at no charge.  All we require is that you keep your system properly maintained with a Heat Wave Air Conditioning & Repair Preventive Maintenance Agreement.
• If you desire to maintain the system yourself or through a different service provider, all repairs will remain covered by our standard 90 day parts and labor warranties effective from the date repairs were made to your system.
• If a two or three year maintenance agreement is purchased along with the repair part, then your parts and labor warranty will be carried throughout the maintenance contract duration.
• We stand by our factory replacement parts and the service and repair we provide to all of our clients in Raleigh and all areas of North Carolina with whom we help.

You’ll be pleased to know that our certified master technicians are equipped to handle all calls for warranties 24 hours per day. We also keep a full line of replacement parts in our warehouse for most major brands of A/C units and heaters.
