    My husband and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with your company. When our old air conditioner reached the end of its life in April of this year, Jimmy impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. He was patient with our many questions and was able to answer all of those thoroughly. Jimmy was able to get us set up for installation the very next day and the guys who came along to do the install were very courteous and careful to safeguard our house against any dirt or damage. By the end of the day our new unit was up and running and the house was so clean you couldn't even tell there had been workmen in! Mandy has such a pleasant personality and has been a delight to deal with! We've had a couple of blockages in the old duct work (absolutely nothing to do with our fabulous new unit) and the response has been both prompt and efficient. We have already recommended your company to several people and shall continue to do so!

My A/C just stopped cooling during July 4th weekend. My regular service was closed, but I reached Abdul through his message service, and he was at my home within an hour. He was able to quickly locate the problem, but the part had to come from the supplier (who was closed for the holiday). He promised to check the next morning, and I heard from him shortly after 9am. Part needed to be ordered and would arrive the next day (Wednesday). Good news though...it was covered under warranty! His crew was at my house this morning (Wednesday) at 9:30am, and before 11:30 I was up and running again. I fully recommend Adam and Heat Wave for being so prompt, friendly, and accommodating and most importantly getting the job done!

Thank you to employing such honest and helpful people. Over the last two days, I have been working with Adam to pinpoint the problem in our older AC unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how each component works together to cool our home. He came yesterday and got the unit working but because he hadn't found the root of the problem, he did not charge us for the service call. Today, when the unit went out again, I called him and he was in my driveway within 30 minutes. He quickly and efficiently replaced the part and advised me to call him directly should the problem reoccur.
I have to say that I am usually on the defense when dealing with servicemen and almost expect to get ripped off simply because I am a woman and am stereotyped into the category of knowing nothing about home improvement. Adam treated me with respect and kindness.

Adam,from Heat Wave, made a visit to our house this evening.We called the company to get their advertised :"free second opinion",on our central air conditioning unit.Within minutes of arriving,Adam,had rediagnoesd our issue.He had the parts needed to make the necessary repair.He had our home cool and calm in a moments notice.His knowledge and expertise saved my family a lot of uncomfortable ,and hot time,and a great deal of money.The company that we called out first,charged us $89.00,to misdiagnose our issue.Heat Wave sent Adam,and the problem was solved.Adam,even suggested that we contact the other company,to request compensation,for our $89.00 ,that we lost by way of their misdiagnosis.Adam,was nice enough to gently price his service,and left our home,as honorably as he'd entered.He's a gentleman,and a handy man,all rolled into one.We will be calling on Heat Wave in the future.We plan to pass this AWESOME customer friendly company on to our friends as well. It's great to know that there are still good people in this world,who want to help people and make a good living ,without taking advantage,of others at a time of great need.Did I mention that this was a Saturday?Weekend service,with a smile !!!
